You further agree that you will use the booking functionality of BIG KAHUNA LUAU to make only legitimate reservations for you or others for whom you are legally authorized to act. Any false or fraudulent reservation is prohibited, and any user who attempts such a reservation may have their BIG KAHUNA LUAU account terminated.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU is a travel agency or tour company and does not provide or own transportation services, accommodations, tours, excursions, or other travel experiences. Although BIG KAHUNA LUAU displays information about travel experiences offered by third-party suppliers and facilitates reservations for those suppliers, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute BIG KAHUNA LUAU sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers or any affiliation between BIG KAHUNA LUAU and third-party suppliers. Although BIG KAHUNA LUAU members may rate and review particular travel experiences based on their own experiences, BIG KAHUNA LUAU does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers. You agree that BIG KAHUNA LUAU is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from third-party suppliers and displays on BIG KAHUNA LUAU.
If you book a reservation for a travel experience through BIG KAHUNA LUAU, you agree to review and be bound by the supplier’s terms and conditions and any other rules or policies related to the supplier’s travel experience. Your interactions with third-party suppliers are at your own risk. BIG KAHUNA LUAU will have no liability concerning the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with third-party suppliers.

Modifications & Amendments
All requests for modifications and amendments to your booking must be directed to the BIG KAHUNA LUAU Customer Service Team, who will process the request.
– BIG KAHUNA LUAU does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care team more than three (3) days ahead of your confirmed travel date.
– It is not possible to change or modify a special event or show ticket. Sales of these tickets are final and cannot be amended once your original purchase is confirmed.
– All other date-change requests and amendments are subject to availability by our suppliers and/or service providers; BIG KAHUNA LUAU cannot guarantee the success of any date-change request.
– If you request a date change within three (3) days or less of your confirmed travel date, BIG KAHUNA LUAU will attempt to honor your request; however, changes made three days or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. For multi-day and overnight tours, date changes made within seven (7) days of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.

If you make a purchase using a BIG KAHUNA LUAU promotion code or accept a discount or special-offer price during the BIG KAHUNA LUAU checkout process, you may invalidate your discount or special-offer price by making any changes or amendments to your itinerary once your purchase is complete. BIG KAHUNA LUAU may decide, at its sole discretion, to honor your discount or special-offer pricing if you make a post-purchase change or amendment to your itinerary. However, BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right to invalidate your discount or special offer pricing if you make any changes to your confirmed itinerary.

Occasionally our suppliers and/or service providers make changes to tour dates, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service, tour, ticket, or product that you have booked at BIG KAHUNA LUAU at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Notwithstanding the above, when we are informed in advance by our agents, service providers, and/or suppliers of a significant change to a booking and/or to a tour, product or event, we make every reasonable effort to notify the consumer, travel agent and/or distributor as appropriate, to amend or re-issue the booking where feasible.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions
Prices listed on the BIG KAHUNA LUAU are per person unless otherwise specified.
Prices are based on USA currency.
Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.
Prices do not include tips/gratuities to tour directors, drivers, or local guides; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food not specifically listed under “Inclusions” on the product pages of the Website.

Payments & Cancellations
When you book a reservation for a tour or activity, tour, or luau through the BIG KAHUNA LUAU, We collect your payment information and process your payment as described below under “Payment Processing.” BIG KAHUNA LUAU accepts the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed with the name of the BIG KAHUNA LUAU website that you book your tour on the credit or debit card statement.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced or regarding any package, accommodation, meals, or other services utilized.
Canceling a booking with BIG KAHUNA LUAU can result in cancellation fees being applied by BIG KAHUNA LUAU, as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator (see your BIG KAHUNA LUAU Voucher for specific details). When canceling any booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.

The event, Attraction, Show, One Day fly-away or Coupon Ticket
These are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Gift Certificate
These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Other Tour Products & Services
– If you cancel at least 7 days (s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
– If you cancel between 3 and 6 days (s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
– If you cancel within 2 days (s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
– If a BIG KAHUNA LUAU sister company operates the tour and activity, you can cancel up to 48 hours prior without cancellation fees. This includes our one-day fly-away or any other tour and activity that includes a flight.
The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on BIG KAHUNA LUAU and BIG KAHUNA LUAU-affiliated websites and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees.

Payment Processing
Under this agreement, the Credit Card payment processing services for luau’s, vacation packages and tours, and activities purchased on this BIG KAHUNA LUAU are provided by Authorized.net.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU Vouchers
You will receive a BIG KAHUNA LUAU voucher (“Voucher”) for each tour, event, or service booked. You will be emailed your voucher to access and print your BIG KAHUNA LUAU Voucher(s).
You must provide your Voucher to the appropriate service provider to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid BIG KAHUNA LUAU Voucher.

For security purposes, when redeeming your BIG KAHUNA LUAU Voucher, you might be asked to present a valid Photo ID. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
If you make a purchase using a BIG KAHUNA LUAU gift certificate (“Gift Certificate”), BIG KAHUNA LUAU requires that you present the Gift Certificate used to purchase your tour, ticket, or package at the time of redemption.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates
BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates may be obtained only at the BIG KAHUNA LUAU. All Gift Certificate sales are final. Gift Certificates are not refundable. BIG KAHUNA LUAU is not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Certificates.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the BIG KAHUNA LUAU. BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates are redeemable against any Product offered on BIG KAHUNA LUAU. BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right to cancel Gift Certificates obtained fraudulently.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Certificates are valid for two (1) years from the date of initial purchase.
If the value of your book’s items is greater than your Gift Certificate, you can pay the balance using an acceptable credit or debit card. If the value is less than your Gift Certificate, we’ll store the balance in our database for you to use on another occasion. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses. Easy Cancellation Policy
We are here to share a genuine hospitality warm spirit by delivering the best vacations ever. We strongly believe you will be more than happy with our vacation packages, luau’s, tours, & activities that we offer in Florida. We go above and beyond to make sure that you book the right BIG KAHUNA LUAU packages  & Activities. We understand that sometimes plans can change and you need to cancel; hence we have this easy cancelation policy.

For any tours, luau’s, activities, and vacation packages that do not have any airlines costs canceled 48 hours before the departure date.  In addition, please note the following:

Regular luau’s, tours, and activities (do not have an airlines flight segment )
– Tours, and activities, can be canceled by calling our reservation center
– For any tours, activities, and luau packages that do not have any airlines costs canceled 48 hours before the departure date for a full refund

Hotel and All-Inclusive Packages Cancelations
– Tours, luaus, activities, and vacations packages cannot be canceled once the tour started.
– For any tours, activities, luau, and vacation packages that include an airlines portion, cancel 7 days before the departure date for a full refund

Groups Cancelations
– Group of 10 of more required 7 days cancelation notice for a full refund.

Note:
– Tours’ luau’s, activities and vacations packages cannot be canceled once the tour or activity has started
– Please note that Airlines and Hotels have different service-cancellation policies and might not refund the airfare or accommodation portion of the package

Fair Refund Policy

Refund of regular tour and Luau
If you feel that we did not provide the services we promised and therefore you are unsatisfied with our services, let us know immediately. We will research the issues of your request for a refund and let your know in less than 24 hours of our decision. If you feel that the refund is fair, we will automatically refund. If we disagree with your request, we can escalate the issue to a manager or our executive team to make a reasonable and fair decision.

Refund One Day fly away – and all packages, including airfare.
If you feel that we did not provide the services we promised and therefore you are unsatisfied with our services, let us know immediately. We will research the issues of your request for a refund and let your know in less than 24 hours of our decision. If you feel that the refund is fair, we will automatically refund you the tour portion but not the cost of the airfare. If we disagree with your request, we can escalate the issue to a manager or our executive team to make a reasonable and fair decision. Please note that Airlines and Hotels, most of the time, do not refund for service and accommodation provided. If you have an issue with the portion of your package, inform us right away.

Hotel and All-Inclusive Packages Refund
If you feel that we did not provide the services we promised and therefore you are unsatisfied with our services, let us know immediately. Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right to change prices for luaus, tours, vacation packages, and all Activities we displayed at our sites at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur by mistakes. (Opens in a new window) If you have been charged more than the posted price for a tour or a vacation package on our websites, don’t hesitate to contact our reservation center for a refund of the overcharge.
Should BIG KAHUNA LUAU reduce its price on any product within 7 calendar days from the date you book your tour, luau, activity, or vacation package, feel free to visit contact our local experts at +1954-669-0169 request a price match or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the credit, you must contact us 7 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during the holidays or and special sales events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Prices on our websites are shown in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please be note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. Lua, Tour, Activity, and Vacation Package Acceptance/Confirmation
BIG KAHUNA LUAU may, in its sole discretion, cancel any luau, tour, activity, or vacation package booking. BIG KAHUNA LUAU may also require additional information before accepting or processing any booking. Once we receive your Online or Call Center booking, we’ll provide you with an email booking confirmation.  Your booking acknowledgment means that BIG KAHUNA LUAU’s has received your order; it does not constitute confirmation of your tour, luau, activity, or vacation package; we are simply acknowledging that we received your order. BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If BIG KAHUNA LUAU cancels an order after you have already been billed, BIG KAHUNA LUAU will refund the billed amount to your credit card.

Luau, Tour, Activities & Vacation Packages Availability and Sold Out
Given the popularity of Florida during the high season month its possible for a tour or vacation packages to be sold out for certain days and not available to be book in the websites. BIG KAHUNA LUAU reserves the right to cancel any tour, activities, and vacation packages. Furthermore, there may be occasions when BIG KAHUNA LUAU confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot operate the services requested. In the event we cannot understand fully the service you booked. BIG KAHUNA LUAU will cancel the order and refund your credit card in full.

Gift Cards
BIG KAHUNA LUAU Gift Cards are not refundable or cancelable.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU is not responsible for and will not extend financial reimbursement for delays, traffic, wildlife, inclement weather, mechanical problems, and/or breakdown of airlines. BIG KAHUNA LUAU shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, or theft to person(s) or property. Schedule, vehicle type, prices & features are seasonal, time permitting, and subject to change without notice. *Tax and fees not included in tour prices. Pick-up and return times are approximate.

Cancellation Policy
Land tours require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Full charge for no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours. Tours, including airfare, are non-refundable. Processing fees may apply to cancellations. Activities canceled within 48 hours before the activity start time are non-refundable. Activities involving inter-island plane tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable from the time of purchase.

BIG KAHUNA LUAU acts as a ticket agent only. BIG KAHUNA LUAU does not own, operate or control the independent contractors who provide the activities. BIG KAHUNA LUAU and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for acts or omissions of activity providers.

All activities are at the user’s own risk. You agree that BIG KAHUNA LUAU’s agents, employees, and related entities (i) have not made any representations regarding the safety of any activity and (ii) are not responsible in any way for loss, injury, or damage to person or property however caused. By proceeding and redeeming this booking with this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree with the terms of this Liability Disclaimer and Waiver.
